By deal.icious When I found out about this book, I knew this was a perfect book for me now as I have been thinking to study online for some time now. The timing couldn't be more perfect. I have been putting it off but now I have learnt what Atalia taught in the book, I am much more confident in taking my next steps. I was blown away by how the exercises in the book really opened my eyes and made me change perspectives about studying online, and even about life in general! I haven't read much about online learning in general but I'm glad I've read this one first, saves me a lot of time! This book covers it all. It is detailed with tips and strategies how you can manage studying, having a life running own business, while being married with a full time professional, having 2 lovely children who all need time from their wife/mother. While it's really easy to read and follow the book, I wouldn't advise to read this in one sitting. I'm sure I'm going to read it at least twice to really absorb everything, especially the questions asked in the chapters. This book is going to be changing many people's life in terms of which directions they need to take their lives to. Filled with quality content! That is what the book is about, teaching people to have a better quality of life, to be able to serve others better. I just love that concept! Atalia is sincere, I can feel it as I go through the chapters. I can't wait to share this with my friends! Anyway, off I go to my higher level in life.

Relationship Wisdom for Men By Wanda_Reads From the Hands of Delilah to the Arms of Samson is akin to having a Titus 2:2 session with your older brother, who wants to help you learn from his mistakes.Whether male or female, none of us go through life unscathed from relationships. Although the book is specifically tailored to men, any reader will be enlightened and encouraged to examine how those past hurts or disappointments can be impacting the way you relate to others presently. Within the pages of this seven part book, Mr. Stegall uses his personal experiences, movie/tv/sport themed analogies, and Biblical principles to guide men into establishing and maintaining thriving relationships.I like that each part of the book closes with a power point to ponder (the key take away from that section), question to consider, and a jewel tip along with a section for writing personal notes.At times I found the book a little too heavily sprinkled with movie or TV show scenarios but overall, I enjoyed getting a closer view of how a man thinks and I think it's a great book for young men.Disclosure: I was provided a complementary e-copy from the publisher in exchange for an unbiased review.Views/opinion expressed are my own.

She gives practical advice for planning science for your high schooler. What helped me most was being reminded that I just need to facilitate science and not be the "know all." We purchased curriculum and prioritize it in our home school week. We have followed her advice and have been the better for it. Thank you!

Each chapter focuses on different learning issues--math, reading, writing, organization,fine motor, impulsivity, then lists many strategies and suggestions. I used it regularly in my first year as co-teacher in two inclusion classes. I will be spending time with it again this summer, to refresh my "toolbox." Intrigued, Beth enrolled in a Newbie class and discovered that she was submissive. Part of the class includes interacting with a Dom and she chose Master C.Master C is really Chris - a CPA who enjoys scening at the club and helping newbies learn about the lifestyle. Its beginning to grow old though, watching everyone have fulfilling relationships while he seems to standing still or taking care of his dysfunctional family.Their one scene ends abruptly, sending both Beth and Chris in different directions. When life calms down, Chris must make a choice: settle for less or hunt for the temptress of his dreams.~~Wicked Reads Review Team~~

When my life began I was passed around from home to home as I was born to a woman, who's husband was about to come home from the war and he knew nothing of my residency in his home. His command was "Either he goes or I do". Then came an arranged adoption to a couple who operated a carnival, drove taxi in the off season, and bootlegged. This home was to be the epitome of dysfunctional existence and the continuance of constant physical abuse, mental abuse, and sexual abuse. It was a lonely existence with no brothers or sisters, and because of this families shame in the community, I would not be allowed to play with the neighbourhood kids. It was a destination headed for a very lonely and fearful life. My life growing up on the midway was far from normal. “Wake up Wayne. Wake up, it’s time to go”. I surprisingly can still remember this part of my life but I was very young, maybe as young as two or three. This call came at about 11:00PM while I slept in the back seat of the old Plymouth. You see we travel with a carnival and the backseat of the car was where I slept for the first part of the night. I can still smell the old dusty fabric on the seat that used to be my bed each night while waiting for the carnival to shut down. By the time I was awake or partially awake I was taken to the outdoor stage where the nightly square dance was being held. This was an open air nightly dance that was part of the midway activity in those days. As it got later and the people got more of a buzz from their liquor my father seemed to think it was a good time for a some pity on a little guy that people would pay a few cents to see dance. The floor cleared, and the fiddle player would come up to the microphone and announce that there was a very special talent tonight who was going to tap dance for them. The music would start up and my mother pushed me out on the dance floor where I would go through the motions of a tap dance. So often I would be in wet pants from not being able to go to the bathroom, and in clothes that were dirty and smelly. Through the music and my struggling to tap dance, I could see the audience all around the floor who were laughing, and pointing through the old light bulbs surrounded with moths and mosquito’s. When I finished my dancing I would have to pass around my fathers old taxi cap for people to throw in money. After circling the floor and collecting the money and while people applauded I would step off the stage and give the money to my father. “Go back to the car and sleep”, he would say, “and I will wake you to sleep in the tent when the grounds close down. I would later move from the car to the tent where my mother, father, and a few carnival game workers all slept. Again I would try to sleep, but the mosquitoes biting, and the conversations going through the tent in the darkness would make it difficult. Some nights the rain made it so damp, and we did not have enough blankets to go around, so I often covered up with a piece of the carnival tent canvas. This was the start of my “Home Sweet Home”, and it was only the beginning of a long and difficult journey. After a few years of so many incidents of physical abuse in the carnival environment, came the humiliation and bullying through school, which nearly brought me to a broken state. The journey colourfully and sorrowfully illustrates what goes on when a mother looses all bonding with me, and has no interest in me because of her unhappy marriage, and somehow only gains moments of joy by creative implementation of pain of every imaginable means on me. My resilience to survive and the determination of my human spirit is beyond belief and understanding in this emotional and jaw dropping story.

Such a heartbreaking story of an innocent little boy with such a cruel heartless mother. I have to say I shed a lot of tears reading this book. It's unimaginable to me that a person can go through so much torture and not be totally destroyed be these experiences! It just blows my mind! Talk about a story of perseverance. I have so much respect for this man! I definitely recommend this read!

For instance, it's only natural that your dragon will want to play in the baby's new crib. A Fantastic Follow-Up By Devlin Thorn I loved the charm and imaginative art of this first book, and this next edition (which can definitely stand on its own) gets even better. In fact, Jodi Moore outdoes herself with this tale about a boy and his imaginary friend who deal with the arrival of a baby brother. The illustrations are playful and emotive... And when you're done with the boko you can't wait to hang out with this family of characters once again.

The plan you always needed to develop into who you wanted to become By Maggie 0dill Pamela Pollock’s book Dare to Dream: The Art of Co-Creating with God is the first self-help book I’ve read that addresses the root problems causing us to live below our potential. Her insight is dynamic. She offers a way off the hamster wheel of self destruction by actually addressing and healing the wounds that have us bound. Her story is compelling. Although she has suffered in ways I never have, I can easily relate to many of her trials. To find her so full of life, so full of hope, and so full of joy shows me her process works. I look forward to her second book filled with the Activation of this process.
