By B from Prisoners of Print 4.5 Stars - Coco Cadence delivers another delicious billionaire book boyfriend with Adrian King. From the moment Adrian and Elizabeth met, I was hooked. Their easy humor, palpable chemistry, and undeniable attraction made me smile and I could tell from their witty repartee that we would be in for an adventure with these two. Coco Cadence wrote Adrian to be a total alpha male. He was controlling, demanding, and a dominant all the way through. I wanted to slap him, yell at him, and jump him all at once, a sure sign that the author has done her job. Elizabeth came across as strong, independent, and sure, which is why her complete willingness to hand over the reins to Adrian created such a powerful tension between them. As much as they tried to deny it, they both dealt with an internal struggle. The emotions they felt for one another were new and unexpected, and I’ll admit, I did enjoy watching them squirm. Even though we’re just beginning to get to know these characters, I easily find myself already invested in their journey.The storyline in Bad Boy Billionaire already has my attention. I loved the concept of Adrian being an artist and his initial arrangement with Elizabeth was mischievous in the very best way. I also adored getting to see Leo King (from the Possessed serial) again! The King brothers sure bring the sexy and they had me grinning at their teasing, brotherly banter. I greatly appreciated the realistic approach Coco Cadence took when exploring Elizabeth’s acceptance of Adrian’s preferences. While to some she might seem fickle, her strong attraction to his lifestyle and unquestionable connection to Adrian was not diminished by her hesitancy in my opinion. The back-and-forth between wanting to forget about Adrian and needing to surrender to him gave Elizabeth an authenticity that I definitely appreciated. Her conflicting feelings felt genuine given the drastically different lifestyle Adrian had to offer. Coco Cadence doesn’t hesitate to fan the flames burning between this great couple, ensuring that Bad Boy Billionaire packs some serious heat! I’m anxious to get my hands on Part Two so I can see where Adrian and Elizabeth’s story goes next.

By solocanoe I bought this for my 15 year old daughter and promised her a $250 shopping card if she'd read it over the summer and give me a good review on it. I told her I would be asking her questions and she had to give me both a written and oral review to get the cash.I was married at 25, she was born by 27. Despite avoiding being married earlier...now in my early 40's...I wish I had waited until 30, or even 35. I certainly knew I was different at 25 than 18. I'd been in the US Army, lived abroad, traveled the US some, and got thru college. Well, ok, I finished last semister married to her mother.My wife and I talk about it a lot - we are better prepared now than we were then. We don't want to start over now, but both wish we had waited, done more either alone or together. Our daughter was born 2 years into our marriage and our life pretty much stopped there. Well, at least the grand trips, the big life-risks, the dreams took second place to the necessary realities of being young and having a small family.We love our kids, but as each generation wants their kids to have it better - we are SO THANKFUL that this book came to be. It communicates so well that you have basically one time to be young and to really make sure you consider your whole life before rushing down the aisle.Our daughter ended up asking us tons of questions - some weren't easy to answer - and we discussed some parts of this book for months. It's still a topic of conversation a times. The gift card is a minor investment, the book's message she absorbed is priceless. What she does in her life is up to her...but at least she has been presented some reasons for enjoying her young and single days.

Even though the book gives some good advice about life in your 20's it does not present a good argument against marrying young. The book states the things a woman should accomplish before marriage (all of which are well thought out and spot on) but at the same time these necesary goals are barely age-related. I've known plenty of smart 20-somethings who have already completed the "10 Keys" to life. In that sense couldn't they get married at 23 and still be happy? The book says otherwise,claiming that anyone under 25 doesn't have the mental capacity to pick a good partner. Also, it promotes 30 as the ultimate age of enlightenment while completely forgetting that women over 30 have marital problems too.I defiately agree that a person (regardless of age or gender) should get their act together before making the ultimate contract with another person, but to say they aren't ready just because they arent 30 is simply ludicrous.Three stars because the 10 Keys offer some very good advice, but not five because the whole thing seemed too narrow minded. Given the choice I'd probably read it again

I'm no longer waiting around wondering if each guy is "Mr. Right." I'm living- and Loving- my own life. This has been a revolutionary concept change. I love the exercises and questionnaires, and it addresses everything from wardrobe to finances to sex!! I especially liked the chapter about tapping into your adventurous side. This book helped me realize my own beliefs and feelings about things and realize that I'm not just waiting to get somewhere-I am Here...and I can grab the bull by the horns. Now when "Mr. Right" does come he'll accent and enhance my life- he won't BE my life. The authors have a witty yet insightful approach to some very real issues. I couldn't put the book down. I bought one for my sister and my roommate ('cause I'm not sharing mine!!) -Jenn

Psycho Bitch takes us through the personal realization of a young adult as she matures out of her sociopathic lifestyle. AJ Rico was a brave person to write this very personal story and, I do have to admit, it was not what I expected. Usually, when a first time author publishes a first novel, the writing is overly wordy and full of hard to read phrases.AJ Rico is a talented writer. I enjoyed how she brought this story to life with just enough information to keep me hooked. I felt every possible emotion for the main character, Charlotte, and loved how Rico helped us gain complete understanding towards the end. This book is an easy read and it is perfect for a long train ride, road trip, or day relaxing at the beach. At 217 pages, it’s also a quick read, which is a good thing because I found it hard to put down.I give Psycho Bitch 4 boundless stars for “I really enjoyed it.”...Beth

It's great to be able to see animals drawing when they were first drawn and then the updated version after many years of perfecting it and growing with the times. Voyager apart from the Borg By Brian Ford Read Henry Girous because what he says will be the common sense of the thinking person five years hence.Henry knew about how Arne Duncan would be untrue ways back in 2009. Did you? If you didn't, it would be fine,but not okay -- for when you don't say such things, they have flights on wings.Henry, you do us a service. From School Library Journal PreS-Gr 1—As a canine companion, Dave is about as boring as they come—he sleeps all day and night. What his owner Lilly doesn't know is that he is a sleepwalker. While she is at school, Dave has all kinds of adventures, from winning contests and visiting the zoo to exploring underwater and performing in the circus. He even becomes the town's hero when he inadvertently stops a diamond robber. Since Lilly remains oblivious to his shenanigans, it's a good thing that she loves him just the way he is. Portrayed with an unfailingly serene smile, Dave is a tubby but happy sort composed of smooth shapes produced by the digital alteration of pencil, paint, and chalk. Despite heavy use of white space, the pages are filled with a tastefully restrained palette of bright, high-saturation colors and neutral tints with a plethora of patterns drawn in pencil, including Dave's omnipresent "Zs." In contrast to the business of the textures around Dave, the dog and human inhabitants of the story fall flat and inexpressive with buggy round eyes and cartoon smiles, even when drawn in motion. The story is simple, but the phrasing becomes a little awkward with choppy sentence structure. Lazy Dave appears to be a very lethargic dog (like my Basset Hound, Clyde) that seems to sleep all day. I thought that was funny all of the things that Dave did while he was sleepwalking. Mr. Jarvis’ illustrations go perfectly with the story, and everything fits together perfectly. Dave looks a lot like my dog, just different colors. In fact, I bet something in Dave would remind almost every kid of their dog. I really enjoyed this book, and it’s incredibly sophisticated humor.*NOTE* I got a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review
