The illustrations are wonderful with characters that both parents and children will immediately bond with and love. I also like the theme of these stories as a way of introducing both parents and children to the Chinese language and it's characters. In future books I would love the print to be larger for both the parents and children's benefit

I wrote this book as a reminder of my past life and how God is so merciful. He will always turn situations around when you least expect it. It is also a reminder of my ups and downs, but mostly about how I lived my life putting God aside for my worldly pleasure. I was searching for love in all the wrong places.   It is about family, relationships, friends, my four marriages and the church. Also about all the disappointments I went through until I was willing to surrender all my life to God. He has been faithful to me even though I did not deserve it. However He blessed and restored me for being obedient to Him. Even though I am 78 years old, I feel God still has a lot for me to do before He calls me home. Today I am pleased with my life so much so that I want the world to know about my past life and how God brought me to where I am today. I wrote this book about my past life so men and women all over the world would know that God can change anyone who is willing to be obedient to His call in their lives. Today my life is fully devoted to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who saved me by shedding His blood on the cross at Calvary. My relationship with Him at this point in life is a relationship that I would love every man and woman to have with Him.

The author did a great job in putting in everyday simple language how a commitment to religion doesn't satisfy the soul but a true experience with God and a commitment to His calling fills the soul with contentment and joy! I recommend this book to those who have been turned off by religion and seem incapable of separating God from religion. There is a difference and the author explains it well.

The author spent a lot of time with her grandparents and offers a unique perspective of their home life, their character and their devotion to their family. I have few credentials, beyond being an avid reader, but my primary source of judgment comes from the emotion elicited from page to page. Lee manages to take us on a journey, from naïve hope, to horror, from burgeoning excitement to burning frustration. The emotion simply bleeds from each page. A job well done.

By Amazon Customer This is a fantastic book for first-year SPED teachers as it provides checklists and reminders of what you'll need, who to look for, where to go for something, etc. Basically the moment that everything that escapes your mind because you're excited, anxious, and nervous about your new job, this book has is all neatly spelled out for you! Creighton and Hauth really have a lot to offer new SPED teachers but as a current SPED teacher of 13 years and a mentor, it's a helpful reminder to me of what first year teachers are having to remember - things that I sometimes think are natural or I forget I'm doing them. This book has been incredibly helpful for my mentee and would have been a lifesaver for me when I started! I HIGHLY recommend this book to ALL new and seasoned teachers, mentors, and administrators.

Mostly internal thoughts and therapy. Book two was the best. In book three all the apostrophes and quotation marks were messed up. It might be a font issue since they appear as "a with a ^ Co and an upside down e" - super annoying to read. It could just be my equipment, but I have never had a book do this before. Overall, not my cup of tea.

Book 2 (Prince of Secrets) was so good that I had to stop reading after I'd finished it and write this review. These aren't super long reads, as they are Harlequins, but they are just right for this distracted mom. I really like the drama of Lucy Monroe's books and I feel that this boxed set was a good deal.
